I Worked at Target
Second day

Yesterday I drove to work so as to not to be late on the first day. Today it is rainy, so I will need a ride to work. It will be interesting to see how this will work since I might be sent home right before 10am. If that happens again I will be walking home. It’s only three miles so that should be fine. Hopefully it is not raining harder than it is now. It’s actually supposed to rain the rest of this week, so I should get some practice with this scenario. Maybe next week will be less rainy…

A shot inside the truck that we unloaded this morning. It seemed to never end, we were unloading boxes for over an hour.

How may I help you?
As a Target employee I get a discount as one of the benefits. I like me a discount very much. My last job had a discount too, a 40% discount. Target’s discount is nowhere near as good, it’s only 10%. It’s better than nothing, but it really almost is nothing.

That won’t be a bad bike ride to work. The roads would be a little busy during the day, but at 3:30 am they should be fine for a quick ride to work. Now I just need to get a bike light.

Anti union videos are funny, but in a weird way. So are safety videos, the acting is always top notch

This is my Target.
I start my job today with an orientation. This should be interesting. I imagine I will learn all about the Target brand as well as the layout of the store.
Last night I scoured the mall for a suitable red shirt until I finally found one at JC Penney for the nice price of $18.99.
